The property was amazing! We really loved the friendly helpful staff and also there is 24/7 armed security which really gives you a “safe” feeling while being there. Also very organized cleaning staff, they always left our room sparkling clean with fresh towels.

Brand new upscale hotel with great patio breakfast and upper restaurant. Luxury accommodation at promotion prices that were too good to pass.El Tesoro Shopping center is 200 meters on a good uphill climb, and beautiful Parque de la Uva is adjacent.

Beautiful, brand new hotel in upper Poblado. Booked it twice, 3 rooms x 6 nights. Great breakfast service, warm and kind staff. Walking distance to El Tesoro Shopping Center and beautiful UVA park. I'm sure their promotional price won't last forever, but grab it while you can.

Top notch interior design and amenities. Starting from the room with a magnificent view of the Antioquian mountains to the lounge area with comfy sofas and workspaces, I've rarely seen a hotel with such exceptional aesthetics. Had a wonderfully comfortable stay right at the heart of the popular El Poblado neighborhood and was greeted by staff who were helpful through and through (and also extremely fluent in English).

Everything about this hotel, their staff, food, amenities and the overall vibe there was great. Security was also top notch.

Made to order complimentary breakfast daily. Rooftop restaurant with amazing food and view. A walk away from a giant mall if you need anything. Easy access to use Uber for all your needs. Hotel was a perfect place to rest.

location was very relaxing and staff was very friendly. it was just a bit out of the busy city and very peaceful. also close to many malls and very local restaurants.

The service was amazing since we checked in. Roof top was really nice and food was on point. The rooms are very comfortable and so is the bed. Walking distance from one of the best malls with amazing Medellin views. I will stay there again with no hesitation.

It’s very comfortable - it has everything what you need ! Very kind reception ! Especially Christian and Carlos helped us a lot !! Security Mateo also mad his job always good ! Cleaning lady’s were always on point !
